I’m sending you all greetings for 2025.
It’s time to set our Calendars for the week of April 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, 2025, as we celebrate our 50th JAZZAFFAIR Anniversary.
I have attached a sample of what needs to be done in the final week as we set up, prepare, and facilitate our three-day festival.
Priority is JAZZAFFAIR workers, i.e., BARTENDERS, BADGE SELLERS, DOOR MONITORS, TEE SHIRT SELLERS, AND FOOD HELPERS, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
If you are available Wednesday or Thursday to help set up or work at the Memorial Building for the Sponsors' party and Kickoff dinner, the more, the merrier. In addition to our decorating, the Lions and St Anthony's have their own set-up crews.
Please check out what we need help with (I listed who helped last year in blue) and let me know what might fit your schedule. A few people have already checked in to work. It’s going to be a fantastic weekend of music. There are a few new bands, dance lessons, and more.
